Sugartree offers deluxe SKI-IN / SKI-OUT studio units located on the Birches Trail, just steps away from the Snubber and Sawduster lifts. Standard studio units (located in building 1) offer room with queen bed and Murphy bed or sleeper sofa. The unit also has a kitchenette (no oven). This building is closer to the Sports & Fitness club. Deluxe studio units (in building 2) offer room with queen bed, queen Murphy bed AND sleeper sofa. This unit also has a fully-equipped kitchen with oven. Guests have free use of the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center that offers an indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and game room and laundry service. Perfect Turn 90-minute adult ski or snowboard lesson included FREE with lift ticket purchase.

CHRISTMAS: Guests arriving on or before Dec. 26 MUST check out on Dec. 29,guests arriving on Dec. 29 must stay at least 4 nights.

PRESIDENTS WEEK: Guests arriving on or after Sunday, Feb. 20 must check out onFriday, Feb. 25.

MARCH BREAK WEEK: 5-NIGHT MINIMUM (March 6 - 10, March 13 - 17)

No arrivals or departures on any Saturday all season.

Lift tickets are required for EVERYONE in the party for EVERY night of thestay for all holidays and weekends in February, March, and Reggae weekend. During off-peak and midweek dates, at least half of the party must purchase tickets for at least half of the nights lodging.
