Sugartree offers deluxe SKI-IN / SKI-OUT studio and studio with loft units located on the Birches Trail, just steps away from the Snubber and Sawduster lifts. Each unit features kitchen with stovetop and microwave, fireplace, and cable TV with VCR. Studio units feature a queen bed and a queen murphy bed. Studio units with loft can accommodate up to six people. Guests have free use of the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center that offers an indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and game room and laundry service. Perfect Turn 90-minute adult ski or snoboard lesson included FREE with lift ticket purchase.

Lift tickets are required for EVERYONE in the party for EVERY night of thestay for all holidays and weekends in February, March, and Reggae weekend. During off-peak and midweek dates, at least half of the party must purchase tickets for at least half of the nights lodging.
