Birchwood offers deluxe SKI-IN / SKI-OUT two to four bedroom condominiums located adjacent to the Snubber and Sawduster lifts. Each unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, and cable TV with VCR. Each unit sleeps two people per bedroom and two additional people on a sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests have free use of the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center that offers an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and game room and laundry service. Perfect Turn 90-minute adult ski or snowboard lesson included FREE with lift ticket purchase.

Lift tickets are required for EVERYONE in the party for EVERY night of thestay for all holidays and weekends in February, March, and Reggae weekend. During off-peak and midweek dates, at least half of the party must purchase tickets for at least half of the nights lodging.
